As of December 1, 2011, this introduction called WebSites for Journalists is being retired. The state of journalism is going through a revolution. The information provided by WebSites for Journalists is readily available on the Internet, and today's journalists are completely Web-savvy. Links and guides to links abound, making this a humble collection that demands more updates than one editor can provide [and I'm supposed to be retired].
You can still step in anywhere in this collection and find lots of space in which to meander. Take close note of the dates of postings. Somewhere there is an update to all the information you come across in this collection. You'll discover many broken and out-of-date links. Sorry for that, but the revolution is changing the nature of journalism faster than a single observer can manage.
--Thanks for your attention and time.
